I have the feeling that the cwu is not serving it's members to the best of it's capabilities, and simply looking out for it's own needs, (the individual needs not the members needs, billy hayes, dave ward etc) By asking the members to accept these new working practices, is unbelievable, the loss of overtime is totally unacceptable, I and many others in my delivery office need this overtime and cannot accept it as a perk. If this overtime is lost I know my membership of the cwu will have to be canceled, I can find better things to do with £140.00 annually.

Nice work 'Pat'. I'm not a postal worker, but I'm 100% behind you in terms of solidarity. Workers in every industry are getting dumped on by both the employers and the trade union bureaucrats, so we need to organise as workers, without fat cats or bureaucrats. Best wishes for your blog and for your struggle!
